The
M S Jain group
started as a chemical manufacturing enterprise and manufacturing
activities remain the center of interest for the group. It was
started as a single product (Sodium silicate) venture, it has
now grown into a multi-product large-scale commercial operation
with 32 manufacturing units. Most of the units are concentrated
in the southern parts of India, with a few units in the northern
regions. Plans are on the anvil for expansions to reach other
markets as well.
While Sodium silicate manufacturing remains the core competency
of the company, more products to cater to the detergent industry
were added after fifteen years of manufacturing experience.
